Anywho, since I seemed to eat like a little piglet on Thursday including, but not limited to:
2 "mini" bags of Kettle Chips
1 entire bag of Haribo gummi bears
From McDonald's-
1 cheeseburger (and it was fucking nasty)
1 hot fudge sundae (tasty)
1 large order of fries
1 crispy chicken ranch snack wrap (amazing),
I have decided to make a "no" list. Now I know they say that limiting yourself from certain foods will make you crave them more and then binge on everything else, but seriously it's a problem, also note that I did not remove chocolate or alcohol from this list... So, here it is in order from biggest problem to slight problem:
NO
- Kettle Chips- absolutely terrible, once a month 6 cases, each containing 24 "mini" bags are donated to my work- they now are stored in the attic, where they rightfully belong. I'm not really sure something so delicious and bad for you should be legal...although I would probably pay top dollar for a 'bag' of these...hehehe
- French fries- also terrible, but mostly at restaurants when I'm starving and we're waiting for our food. From now on I just have to wait, dammit.
- Gummi bears- only a problem when I buy a bag...or two...and then eat them all at once.
- Fast food- sounds gross and I don't frequent the fast food joints, but when I do I get a little crazy: see binge list above.
- Full fat coffee drinks- not really a problem at all but I think it would still add to the challenge....cuz when it's over I'm getting a venti Caramel Macchiato with whipped cream!
So this "no" list will be effective until my arrival in Dallas on July 1. :-)
I'm hoping by posting this it will give me incentive to really get serious...I've been hovering over the same weight for about four months now and it's time to put a stop to it!!
Oh and one more incentive... Jeff and I have a bet going:
Not one single french fry until July 1.
Winner gets a nice fancy restaurant dinner with the works: bottle of wine, apps, entree, dessert
I have no dinero so I better win!!!
Actually I think Kettle Chips and fries are tied for hardest to keep with...because french fries are everywhere!!!
Sorry this is kind of a boring post, but it had to happen!!
